Your data rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you're in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you specific rights over personal data held about you. This page explains what they are here and how to use them — read alongside the Privacy Policy, which covers what we actually collect.

Who's responsible

This site is run informally by the Rogue Division officer team, not a registered company. For data protection purposes, the site administrators act as the data controller for the account, application, and profile data described in the Privacy Policy.

Your rights

The honest limits of "erasure"

We'll act on a deletion request properly, but two things are worth knowing upfront rather than promising something that isn't quite true:

Everything else — your profile, application, Discord link, session data — is deleted outright.

How to ask

Message an officer on our Discord server and say what you'd like (access, correction, deletion, etc.). We aim to respond within 30 days, in line with GDPR's standard timeframe. If you're not satisfied with how a request is handled, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (the ICO in the UK).
