Rogue Division is small and building — which means real work, real creative freedom, and your name on things that actually go out. These are volunteer roles, not paid positions, but you'll walk away with a body of work you can point to on a portfolio or CV: real briefs, a real audience, real deadlines.
Video Editor
Match highlights, event recaps, clip compilations for socials and Discord.
Turn raw clips and match footage into something people actually watch — highlight reels, short-form cuts for X/TikTok, recap videos after events. Bring your own editing tool of choice; we bring the footage and the audience to publish to.
Graphic Editor
Social graphics, event banners, thumbnails, Discord/brand assets.
Design work that ships — thumbnails for the video editor's cuts, banners for events, social post graphics, the occasional brand asset. Working brand kit (colours, fonts, crest) is on the brand page to build from.
Social Media Editor
Own the posting calendar — X, and wherever else makes sense.
Plan and write what goes out on @Rogue_Division — recruitment pushes, event hype, community moments. Direct line to the video/graphic editors' output and a real publishing pipeline already wired up, not a wishlist.
Discord Mods
Keep the server running smoothly as it grows.
Day-to-day moderation, welcoming new members, keeping the rules enforced fairly. Good fit if you're active in the server already and want a bit of real responsibility.
How to apply
