WARDOGS Closed Beta 02 — How to Get In

This beta has ended. Closed Beta 02 closed at 09:00 BST on 6 September 2026. WARDOGS Early Access launches on 10 September — this post is kept for the record.

WARDOGS Closed Beta 02 is live from tonight — the last one before Early Access on 10 September — and it's open to a lot more people than the first. If you want to run with RDIV this weekend, here's how to get in.

When

• Starts: 3 September, 19:00 BST / 18:00 UTC (right after The FPS Games Show)
• Ends: 6 September, 09:00 BST / 08:00 UTC

A full weekend. Bulkhead is calling it "a REAL test" — the point is to hammer the server browser, matchmaking and queues under real load before launch, so expect rough edges and report what breaks.

How to get in

1. Pre-order (guaranteed)
Pre-purchasing WARDOGS on Steam gets you in immediately, no waiting. That's the Early Access edition at $39.99, and it carries straight over to the 10 September launch.

2. Request Access (free, not guaranteed)
On the WARDOGS Steam page, find "Join the WARDOGS Playtest" and hit "Request Access". Spots go out in waves through the weekend, so register now and keep an eye on your Steam notifications — it's a chance at a key, not a promise.

Running with RDIV

If you get in, jump in our Discord and post in the beta channel — we'll be forming squads across the weekend. First impressions, clips and "this is broken" reports all welcome; the more we test as a unit, the better we hit the ground running on the 10th.
